Visit to Centuryville - Itinerary May 17 - May 19, 2004

May 17, Tuesday

9:45p - Dr. Handwich and his wife, Dee, arrive at the International Airport and will be staying at the Sheraton Inn overnight. A rental car is reserved for them (Budget confirmation #12345).

May 18, Wednesday

Drive to the Best Possible Inn (13 Bay Road, Centuryville) and check into the hotel. Phone at the Best Possible Inn is: 905.456.1234(Directions should be attached).

12:00p - Bruce Tree and Merry River will meet Dr. Handwich and his wife in the lobby of the Best Possible Inn and will drive them to the Clinic.

12:30p - Tour of the Medical Clinic.

1:00p - Lunch scheduled at 'Platter's Restaurant'. Joining the Handwich's for lunch will be:

Bruce Tree (Chamer of Commerce)

Merry River (from Handwich's hometown!)

Dr. Amanda Hugginkiss (Owner of the Clinic)

Sally Sunshine (Hospital Board Member)

Buzz Mann (a Local Pharmacist)

3:00p - Tour of the Hospital (Note: Mr. Tree and Mrs. River will drive the Handwich's from the restaurant to the hospital).

Possible chance to "meet the staff" over coffee and donuts.

Following the tour Mr. Tree and Mrs. River will drive the Handwich's back to the hotel.

7:00p - Dinner at 'Dinkel's Restaurant'. Joining the Handwich's for dinner will be:

Dr. Charlie Hitchen & Suzi Hitchen (Chief of Staff and his wife)

Dr. Amanda Hugginkiss

Morley Smith (Mayor of Centuryville)

James Jones (CEO of Hospital)

(Note: Dr. Hugginkiss will pick up the Handwich's from the hotel. She will also return them to the hotel after dinner. Dress for dinner is business casual.)

May 19, Thursday

8:30a - Breakfast at the 'Bayside Cafe' in the Best Possible Inn. Mr. Tree and Mrs. Sunshine will join the Handwich's for breakfast.

10:00a - Red Berry, a Real Estate agent, will meet the Handwich's in the lobby of the hotel to take them on a real estate tour and tour of Centuryville.

12:30p - Lunch at the 'Bright Spot Cafe' with Dr. Hugginkiss and Mr. Smith.

2:30p - Tour of schools with Gerry Teacherson (Superintendent) who will meet the Handwich's at the 'Bright Spot Cafe'.

3:30p - De-brief with James Jones at the hospital.

4:00p - Dr. Handwich and his wife now have free time to investigate the rock-climbing facilities, as well as the art gallery and health club.

7:00p - Return to International Airport for a 9pm departure flight.
