President

Susan Craig, has specialized for fifteen years in providing high quality tailored services in Physician and Hospital Executive search. She has a strong interest in creating a good fit between a candidate and an organization. Her proven matchmaking abilities as well as the insights which come from being married to a physician, help her in the highly specialized area of finding medical professionals who are ready for practice in new locations. Susan is a member of the National Association of Physician Recruiters, is a registered mediator and sits on the Ethics Committee of the Alliance of Medical Recruiters. She has taught yoga for 25 years and recently completed a four year advanced leadership program at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto.

Jane Unan M.Sc.

Director Of Physician Services

As Director of Physician Service, Jane works with clients on strategic recruitment, planning, and issues management. Jane was educated at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto, in Community Health. Her background in health sciences gives her a sound knowledge base from which to draw upon in her work with both clinical and executive candidates. Prior to her current role, Jane spent several years in the medical equipment industry and earlier in the health and wellness industry. Jane applies her training and experience in healthcare to managing all aspects of strategic search, and is eager to be of service.

Sheena Courtney B.F.A

Project Manager, Technician

Sheena graduated from the Ontario College of Art and Design University with a BFA in Integrated Media.  Sheena manages our computer and technical environment and is responsible for our high-performance use of e-resources, the Internet and our substantial internal and external databases. Sheena also manages the company advertising and keeps all of our projects on track.

David Jones, Hon. B.A, B. Ed, M.L.S.

Research Assistant

David is a graduate of Carleton, Queens and McGill. He spent many years as a librarian for Dawson College in Montreal and now provides brilliant research support to Susan Craig Associates.

Giles Reid, B.A.

Consultant

Giles completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science at the University of Toronto and has been an Associate with Susan Craig Associates for seven years. He acts as recruitment consultant to physicians and hospitals in the U.S, designs and implements physician and physician executive searches in Canada and provides organization and guidance our team of physician recruiters.
